Each member gets a private upload link that only works for their own slide. Tap a circle to add or change a headshot; it shows in the up-next strip. Under Edit, upload each member's designed default card; it shows whenever they haven't chosen their own photos or videos.
Add members from your PowerPoint. Names, businesses and each member's slide as their designed default card, in speaking order. Check the business names afterwards.
Use headshots from your PowerPoint. The leadership team photos from your PowerPoint, for members who don't have a headshot yet. Members can replace them from their own link.
Admins
People who can manage members and present. Each signs in with this Google email.
Weekly cutoff
Members can't change their slide between the cutoff and the reopen time, so nothing changes during the meeting. Admins can still make changes.
